Tallinn Tõnismäe Reaalkooli student card: use and application procedure

A student card is a document that confirms that you are a student of Tallinn Tõnismäe Reaalkooli. Every student must carry a student card with them to school. A student card is issued on the basis of a parent’s application.

The electronic student card has been produced by INDEAL OÜ (ID Network), (reg. no. 10526708).

It is used for:

• to open doors when entering and leaving the school building;
• Identify yourself in the library
• to prove the right to use public transport (in accordance with current regulations).

Procedures for applying for, renewing and replacing student cards.

In situations where you need to apply for a student card for the first time, or where an existing document is out of date, lost or damaged, you must follow the procedure below:

1. Submit a duly completed student card application form. 

2. Attach a digital document photo to the application if: it is the first application or you want to renew a valid image (changing the photo is optional).

3. Send the digitally signed application form, together with the necessary supporting documents, to the school’s e-mail address: pilet@ttrk.tln.edu.ee

4. The completed student card will be issued via the class teacher.

NB: The issue of a duplicate student card (e.g. in case of loss or damage) is free of charge.

Requirements for a digital document photo:

• Colour JPG or JPEG
• Minimum resolution: 1300 × 1600 pixels
• File size 1-5 MB
• Not older than 6 months
• Direct gaze, neutral expression, open eyes, closed mouth
• Face clearly visible, in focus, without shadows or headgear
• Background light and monochromatic (preferably greyish).
• Eyeglasses may only be worn if they do not reflect light.
